Inclusions

  • A ceremony area to suit your guest numbers - either in our Chapel, one of our garden areas, or in the Treetop Room
  • Use of a bridal change room
  • Your selection of 8 Hot and Cold Hors de ourves to be served by your waiters over a 3 hour period in either the upstairs Treetop Room or the downstairs Burgundy Room
  • Continuous Service of Coffee and Tea from a buffet
  • Centrepieces on each table – as well as a separate cake table
  • Master of Ceremonies, if required
  • Complimentary accommodation for the Bride and Groom on your wedding night

Beverages:   You have several options:

  • You may prepay a tab for a specific range of beverages (eg. Beer, House Red and White Wine, Sparkling Wine, Fruit Punch and Soft drinks).  However, such tabs must be paid in advance.  Any unused amount will be refunded.
  • Beverage packages may be purchased which provide unlimited consumption of a specified range of drinks.
  • Pay-as-you-go, where a full bar is made available and people pay for their own drinks.

Timing:  5 hours from the commencement of your ceremony on-site OR 4 hours from your arrival if you have your ceremony elsewhere.

Guest numbers:  We can cater for up to 250 guests.
 
Entertainment:  We are able to suggest suitable entertainment to cater for every taste and budget.
