Tentative Bookings We are happy to hold a provisional date for you for 14 days. Chapel or Garden Weddings One hour immediately before your reception is available for your ceremony and the commencement of photos. Photos continue during the serving of pre-dinner drinks and canapes. Time Limits Evening Receptions are five hours in duration. Your function commences from the time drinks and savouries are served. Luncheon Receptions are four hours in duration. Time extensions may be arranged - including beverage and waiter service at $4.40 per guest per half hour. Cocktail weddings may be extended at $120.00 per half hour plus drinks consumed. Exclusivity
Exclusive use of the venue is available - where you are the only bride and groom on site with sole use of the property.
Children Children 2 years and under are free of charge. Children aged 3- 12 years are $19.50 (Luncheon $18.50) and 13 - 17 years $55.00 (Luncheon $50.00). Music for Service We can arrange an Organist or you may bring in musicians, CDs or tapes if you prefer. We are able to provide a CD player, which will need to be operated by one of your guests. Music for Reception We can recommend bands from 2 to 5 piece, as well as professional DJs. Meals for band members can be provided at a reasonable price to you. Floral Decorations Floral arrangements using white flowers are provided for your wedding and remain the property of the venue. Alternative flower arrangements are available - price on application. Alcoholic Beverages We are fully licensed and can arrange BYO, if desired. Final Arrangements Will be made by appointment, approximately 4 weeks prior to your reception. Final numbers are required five working days prior to your wedding date. Confetti The use of confetti or rice is not permitted. We suggest rose petals as a great alternative. Please note they are only to be used outside the building. Deposit Your booking is confirmed on the payment of $500 deposit and the completion of our Wedding Contract. A further $500 deposit is required 6 months prior to the wedding date. Deposits are not refundable unless the date is re-booked for a function of at least the same or greater value.  Back to top
